Larry D. Kuster, a member of Rammelkamp Bradney since 1973, concentrates in trial practice and school law. He is an honors graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law.
In school law, Larry's expertise includes teacher tenure matters, reductions in force, student discipline, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance/arbitrations, unfair labor practices, school district consolidation and annexation, and special education law.
Larry's civil practice concentrates in personal injury, commercial, and construction litigation in federal and state courts. He is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and past president and Master in the Lincoln-Douglas Inn of Court (Springfield). Larry has served on the ISBA Civil Practice & Procedure Section Council and is past chair of the ISBA Workers' Compensation Section Council.
