 Maria M. Gonzalez has been a member of Rammelkamp Bradney since 1987. Her practice areas are employee benefits litigation and compliance, family law, contracts, and general practice. She is also a certified professional family and divorce mediator. Maria is admitted to practice law in Illinois, the Federal District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. A graduate of Millikin University summa cum laude, she received her juris doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1987. She received her mediation training at the DePaul University Center for Dispute Resolution.
Maria served as president of the Morgan County Bar Association in 1997-1998 and is a member of the Sangamon County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Bar Association for the Central and Southern Federal Districts of Illinois. In addition to serving on several local Bar Association committees, Maria dedicates time to the Illinois Supreme Court Capital Litigation Trial Bar Screening Committee since her apointment to that post in 2001. |
