Family and Divorce Mediation

With the help of a trained, accredited mediator, parties negotiate directly with each other to resolve differences and reach agreement. The mediator is a neutral party facilitating negotiations by identifying issues, exploring potential solutions, and discussing with the parties those matters to be addressed in a written memorandum of understanding that represents an agreement of the parties. Mediation services are offered in areas such as divorce, parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support (alimony), property division and debt allocation, interfamily business relationships, and pre and post-marital agreements.
