Municipal — Covers ordinances, finance, counsel on local bond issues, referendums, public works, franchises, zoning and planning, elections, utility matters, eminent domain/condemnation proceedings, emerging concerns such as cable television regulation, employment, and development. Includes representation of special districts and park districts.

Government — Includes representation before governmental boards and commissions, lobbying, expertise under the Illinois and Federal Administrative Procedures Act, e.g., Freedom of Information Act, parliamentary procedure, election law, governmental liability, tort, and constitutional violations.
